Packaging:
Your wines will be shipped in 100% carton containers specifically developed for wine bottle shipping. They are 100% recyclable by throwing them in the paper container. They are boxes for 6 bottles.
Delivery Time:
Shipping duration may vary based on the country of delivery. Please note that delivery times may be affected depending on how logistics evolve in post-Covid times; this is not currently foreseeable, but we will keep you informed as soon as we have the traceability of your order.
Traceability of the order
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for shipment. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, its electronic traceability begins, and the day of arrival is estimated. You can follow the progress of the delivery, by accessing the courier's monitoring page, via the link that we will send you.
Taxes and duties
The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the purchase order; therefore, no other commission is due on receipt of the goods.
Address Change:
In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order is placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible via email to info@sfrisowinery.com. Once the package is shipped, it will not be possible to make any change to the delivery address.
It will not be possible to send to post office boxes.
