This Sparkling Rosè has converted non-believers into fans due to its elegant, dry, and food-friendly nature.

This Rosè Brut Sparkling is our attempt to enhance our native grapes in a delicious sparkling wine. It is made with our Verduzzo Trevigiano and Cabernet Franc grapes that grow in our vineyard by the winery. 

It is an elegant pre-dinner aperitif wine, but our friends also love it with food like salads, soups, vegetable-based risottos, and grilled fish.
